You have to smash the screen and hold block for a full second I have iPhone 7 before you ask.
If this is posted some where else you can redirect me so I don't have to sort through all the silly posts on this forum

    it seemed to spike more this past week for me. i have been having issues in quests, AQ, and AW. havent done arena in a week so i can't speak on that.
