Items disappearing

Has anyone noticed things disappearing in this game?
I had an issue when I first started with a 2 star Scarlet witch vanishing 1 day and now I went to use one of my 4 star awakening gems I received the other day form 4 awakening crystals and they are all gone. I just have the ones I had before I opened the crystals.
