If this discussion has been already discussed I apologize for reposting it.
Today I got a 4* Karnak. I had some iso's to burn up, so I leveled him up. When I seen this I got slightly confused.

Yes, this is correct. Karnak requires both Cosmic and Skill Catalysts to upgrade.
