it says that 100% evade chance increase. However my Blackwidow cannot evade always.. Does this synergy work well???

    It's not +100%, it's ×100%. So double the chance

    !!!! I understand. It comes Japanese mis-translation, I think. Japanese translation said that it increased 100%.
