Psylocke Doesn't work

in Bugs and Known Issues
Countless times I've gotten opponent to 0 power with my duped Psylocke just to watch them gain energy. And this ability shouldn't be considered a debuff either since since its passive. Fix this broken character

    Psylocke just worked fine for me in arena. Definitely locked at zero power
