Monthly champs

First of all can we have a much larger chance to get a 4 star: at the moment i don't see much point in getting them (mostly because I get them as 3 stars from arenas).
Secondly, could they have a chance to get one of TWO champs each month e.g. a crystal that will give you a 3 or 4 star of either archangel or psylocke. This would make them soooo much better (at least there would be some sort of excitment instead of a pretty much guaranteed 3 star of the one champ)
Thirdly, can we have a schedule posted to the forums so we can know the future monthly champs. I would REALLY like this. Please not carnage.
