Still Missing Level Up Rewards

Got my SA rewards and Villain Use. Still haven't seen rewards from the last Level Up event.
Not sure if Kabam is already working on it, or if they didn't realize those rewards never went out either.
Looking forward to being directed to some post about it that's buried 5 pages deep.
