Ultron is a beast when you learn to use him well, but through movies, comics, and even mcoc, he has always had the influence over robots to either control or disarm with exception to vision (infinity stone).
Ultron should have a virus mechanic for robots. Infection could be similar to concussion or even a degen that grows throughout the fight. Possibly even the ability to steal mechanics such as regen when opponent triggers such as nebula.
Just a thought to put him back in the conversation. He is highly underated and an ace for aq paths.
