Missing rewards

So last Thursday, SA ended and the rewards never came. We all waiting many hrs. After 8hrs or so I decided to change alliances and shorty after that kabam told us our rewards are missing and don’t change alliances (a little late notice) then the villain event rewards never came too. I missing both on both of my accounts. Eventually the rewards did come for my alliance members but I still didn’t get mine. I tried emailing kabam but they didn’t fixed anything even though they claimed it’s been fixed.

    You won’t get them if you left before they were issued.

    It’s kabam fault for the rewards not coming in. I still should be able to get the rewards cause the event ended way before I left the old alliance

    Yeah not sure if they'll do anything for you. It's sad because a lot of people didn't realize your rewards only come if you're still in the alliance when they drop.

    Alliances are rewarded, not individuals.
    This isn’t new so you should have know this and not been dependent on a Kabam telling you that day not to switch alliances before rewards are issued.
