Corvus takes shock dmg

I’m getting destroyed by shock dmg with charges up by the 3.3 variant boss. Why?? Can a mod explain this?

He is not immune to shock.

Or at least, he just is immune to the damage of shock debuffs. And as you can see, the shock caused by that boss is passive. Corvus shouldn't work on it
