Scientifically Terrible

This is an ISSUE! Science class has had TERRIBLE champs since day 1! Sure Mutant Cosmic and Tech can all say the same but duets all the events for them specifically the GotG2, Homecoming, X-Force along with scattered champs like Angela and Hype these classes clawed their way from mediocrity to Amazing… But Science was left pretty Meh

Spider-Man is a good defender
Miles is a discount Spider-Man
Antman is a pain in Defense

YJ is an okay defender on L1 Enhanced but even when starting with 1 bar he's really easy to dodge

Electro is mostly fixed damage with an L1 you stay away from for block depending on the node (but has some use in quests as a hard hitter when Duped)

Quake follows a lot of Electro's sentiments as only Stun immune makes her shine when you have to bait her Heavy

And then you just got TANKS that Deal little damage like Captain America (classic as WWII at LEAST has a Bleed), Rhino

And then you have the trash bucket of Spider Gwen, Abomination, Joe Fixit, She-Hulk, Luke Cage, who are all trash!

The large amount of bad champs aren't even mirrored by a handful of god tier counterparts like Mutant has, nor does it have a steady base of decent champs followed by great champs like Tech, nor even Cosmic which is 50/50 with a good or bad champ

Kabam… please wake up and realize that Science needs some love

Another issue is that they are supposed to COUNTER mystic which is easily the best class in the game and…most of them can't stand up to lower end champs

It's not so much the need for new champs but the need to rework champs to make them more competitive such as joe fixit or Luke cage. But remember there's a pro and con to everything. It's no big thing to fight joe fixit right now but if they buff him or fix a champ like pillow hits Luke cage they could be a lot harder to deal with in AW or event quests. It usually not even the champs that matter so much as the nodes that buff them in my opinion. New champs are always great and science champs do need more utility options for fighting mystic classes. Not many science champs seem to have a lot of utility for regen, power control. Sometimes the classes seem very unbalanced because not many dump mastery points into classes besides mystic dispersion. Science mastery should tailor to countering that maybe. Is what it is though the grind continues!!!!

Huh… seems I left out half my point. I did intend to request buffing a handful of Science champs primarily:
Joe Fixit
She Hulk
Luke Cage
ABOMINATION!! (Seriously?!$

In ways such as giving Joe an extra roll or two as a passive ability and modest rework of existing abilities

Allowing SheHulk more control on fights such as Enervate or adding a 50% reduction to all power not gained from standard attacks to her signature

Giving Luke Cage an ability similar to quack-fu

And Abomination… 15% all attacks poison for a noticeable amount over 13 seconds with the signature also allowing a second poison (only 15%) with each hit or simply MAKING HIS SIGNATURE ALSO APPLY TO HIS ATTACKS!!! (Jeez such failed potential, sorry for the outburst but he is a major disappointment considering the wording)

Even Spider Gwen could be made substantially better by merging the 2 modes of hers into a single node with both abilities and STILL not even be a very viable champ just less unusable

The moral of the fable is, when Kabam would add Spider Woman Jessica Drew to the game (surely she will be science) please make her good tier because the science class deserve it.

I'm hoping these guys will turn up for the science class in 2018.

Dagger shrugs off debuffs, and hurls light daggers to stun and power burn. Cloak does teleport evasion, absorbs energy attacks; and inflicts weakness and power drain/steal to feed his Hunger.

Series due to air in 2018. Surely there's going to be a tie-in?

Luke Cage does need a buff. A few suggestions to consider.
1. Allow the re-triggering of invincible. Maybe after his sp2. Or something. Like Juggys unstoppable.
2. Fury (brass knuckles) when hitting a stunned opponent
3. Natural Sp2/Sp3 resistance (25-35% based on power meter
4. Bullet proof (immune to physical projectile hits)
5. A combo rated increase in attack power (similar to star lord)

At least turn what is regarded as a terrible character into a real competitor. Any one or multiple of these would do that well I think.
