Mordo’s Power Gain

When facing mordo before, if you managed to stop his passive power gain from activating (such as quake using concussion), the ability would no longer activate for the entire match. However, recently I’ve noticed that when you stop the power gain, the cool down just resets again instead of completely disappearing. I didn’t notice this change in the patch notes, so I was wondering whether this was a bug, or kabam actually changed it.

    I might be a bug as when using Sabretooth w/ killmonger synergy Iceman's ice armour totally disappears I've not fought mordo for a long time so don't know the situation

    Aar or fate seal removes it
    Nothing new
    The same way mephisto removes ice armor permanently

    Yeah, I recently fought mordo in master EQ with ghost rider and when I applied fate seal mordo's power gain never disappeared and cooldown kept on resetting never had this issue before
