New Alliance with Veteran Players Seeking Approx. 15 Players-- 3800 Prestige preferred

We're a new alliance of about 15 guys, all of whom have been together for between 2 to 3 years. Our previous Leader went offline for 32 days, and leadership was then given to another inactive account, so we chose to move on.
Most of us are 3800 prestige and higher.
We plan on running a 55333 configuration in AQ, and 2 war groups. Donations have not been determined. There will not be any Arena requirements. Duels and Completion will have mandatory minimums, while we'll ask that everyone save their items for the Item Use event. There will be absolutely no requirement to spend your own money on any facet of the game.
