SA rewards delay

I’ve reaches support and game team directly and informed several points below:

- There were many couldn’t receive rewards since they had left alliance before receiving.
- However it happened because of the delay of announcement. At the forum and support said so, do not leave alliance if you want rewards, AFTER about 24hours of delay. It was too late to announce.
- I reached support 3 times before its announcement, but they only said that the cannot reply individually. If I received the announcement, I hadn’t left...
- to summarize, this problems were caused by support and forum’s fault that they announced too late.

I’m waiting for the reply about this.

I apologize for the frustration and disappointment surrounding this. Unfortunately, in order to receive these rewards, you would have had to stay in the Alliance that you were in during it.
