AQ miniboss node still active even though linked node was taken down

I was fighting in AQ map 2 today, as shown above, the remaining nodes that should have been active on stark spidey miniboss should have been +100% health and +?% chance to stun(cant remember the number). But when I went in to fight with Corvus, stark spidey still had the armor up buff which should not have been there since my partner already took out the relevant linked node no?
