Dungeons and game performance

Why is it everytime the dungeons return this game runs piss poor? 2/3 of my alli have reported same thing. Soon as dungeons started back up, dexterity, parry and dash back responses have disappeared for most part. It ALWAYS happens while dungeons are on.

Try to dex out of a special from an enemy with no way to interact with dexing? No response, eat a combo. Try to parry a dashing opponent that doesnt have aar/ stun immunity? No response, eat a combo. Blocking? Pfft who needs that, here eat another combo.

This is across multiple devices and platforms. Happens in ALL game modes with a variety of champs.
