Could we eventually get an incinerate interaction buff like shock

For a long while people have been asking "why isn't this guy shock immune" and eventually Kabam put out an update changing certain characters interaction with it. People have been asking the same for incineration so do you think Kabam could be doing something for incineration like they did for shock.

Not likely, unless they decide to create content based on incineration damage.
But there are already some incinerate immune character's, so I doubt they will update anyone else for that content

I think he means more like how Mephisto is immune to Incinerate but generates power while incinerated.

For the case of Ghost Rider, if anything, he should be immune to Mephisto's Aura of Incineration, since the fire on GR's skull is the same as the one from Mephisto

There are already incinerate immunes. They're adding another with Havoc.

The update wasn't about addressing the criticism for some champions not being shock immune, it was about adding shock mitigation to the game to prepare for the introduction of map 7, which Kabam wanted to place some shock nodes into.

A Kabam rep said as much in the comments of that shock update
