Boosts being active during emergency maintenance

Are we going to be compensated for the boosts that were active during emergency maintenance? People had 30% boosts active which are very limited in the contest.

Interesting how it is down for emergency maintence during the first round of Mr. Sinister. This is frustrating, but nothing we can do.
