Building a laid back alliance

I've been a long time player of MCOC for several years and I'm looking to fill our alliance with like laid back or even up-and-coming modestly skilled beginners. If you enjoy playing the game, but don't want to feel the pressure of HAVING to play the game, but just ENJOYING the game, that's the type environment we'd like to create . We're looking for members with a summoner minimum of level 25 and preferably 36 champions. Low minimums may be implemented for the sake of player equality, but for more details fine us on the game ,,30,, .... also I'm on LINE as Eleventenths. Thanks for looking!
