I’ve noticed over recent weeks on YouTube and forums that customer satisfaction has been declining for this game. For example, as an intermediate gamer, I’ve been saving 5 star crystals for months for today, for a chance at 5 star blade. I ended up with classic spider man and Morningstar. That’s 30k in crystals gone to waste just like that. The new drop rates seem like a worse money pit than ever. I’ve also spent significant $$$ on this game in recent months. I feel the return on investment for this game is absolute ****, and I for one am a very dissatisfied customer.

    So you thought you would be guaranteed Blade by opening 2 crystals? Maybe your customer expectations are a little bit out of reach.

    Lol no, but here are my last five stars, in order. Cyclops blue, cyclops blue, rogue, rogue, elektra, beast, cable, spidey classic, Morningstar.. Not asking for a five star blade, but rather ANY of the new/exciting champs would be nice to keep interest in the game. Just feel if someone pays to play, they can at least get rewarded better..

    I'm also very unsatisfied with all 5* system. The last 10-12 5* pulls from either featured, basic and dhampir crystals I got the absolute trash champs. I'm considering about stopping playing because it's always bad champs coming. No matter which crystal I take....

    I agree and I opened twice what you did... I wanted blade for when the game makes me throw a heavy I never threw and messes me up, at least I can get some of that health back but nope

    I just dont see why they put 1000 characters in that crystal. I believe there should have been a select amount... this was foolishness

    @Legendsend I couldn’t agree more. I’m also considering wasting time with this game, it only causes unnecessary stress..

    I've been having a tough time too, saved for a massive opening the other day and it just went so bad. It's been the same for the last 5 openings I've done, and not just bad 5 star luck which has been terrible but t4cc crystals and gems and aq crystals and whatever else just isn't going my way, I've gotten one good thing in the last long time and that was a 5 star Emma frost and I just can't get any mutant t4cc so she's sitting at rank 2, many many t4cc crystals and frag crystals and map 5 and 6 crystals and it just won't happen I've got 1.5 mutant t4cc but that from hundreds of frag crystals and a shitload of fully formed crystals also, really tough bc I love the game and will keep playing but I just wish I could get what I need

    @UmbertoDelRio no offense taken. I’m not arguing that I “should have gotten blade”. I understand percentages, drop rates, and the fact that it’s a gamble. I’m simply expressing my dissatisfaction for this game as of late not because I didn’t get blade, but rather my last several 5 star champs, and all the other regular let downs that come with this game. Not trying to argue here. Thats just my opinion, and I’m entitled to it.

    And at what point in time did you become the person to determine what is forum worthy? This is general discussion and he wanted to generally discuss... that is what the forums are for... if you didnt like it there were other ppl who posted things for you to read. I found him giving his piece of the equation satisfying

    Somebody said something earlier that was so correct... mesmerize has 7 percent chance of activating and it activates a LOT. this has 20 percent... if their crystals worked as good as their mesmerize did then I should have pulled him out of at least one of my 4 crystals
