RoL wolverine bugs + Guillotine bugs

so i've been fighting Wolverine in RoL for the last hour and he keeps repeating a couple bugs with his SP2, 1. his sp 2 hit box is pretty broken from what i've experienced, none of the animation hit my guillotine yet i still got hit. 2. dexterity almost never procs even in situations where it's blatantly obvious it should have procced. and regarding the bugs with guillotine, when fighting Wolverine and using SP2 for heal reversal i drained over 40% hp from wolverine, yet i only got 1 soul stack. this has to be a bug right? cause i have seen multiple videos of people gaining over 6 stacks and such from the health reversal dmg yet why didn't it work for me?

I've not noticed anything with his hit boxes whether it's Wolverine, Old Man Logan, Black Panther, or the Ultron Drone. I've never been hit by it undeservedly. Perhaps after a number of attempts on him you're getting frustrated. Maybe take a break and tackle him again in a few hours.

As for Guillotine, is it possible that when you're not getting the Soul charges you think you should be getting that Wolverine is not starting the fight at full health?

Guillotine gains a charge every time she takes 6% health from the enemy. In the event that the enemy can regenerate, it's important to note that any missing health isn't eligible for giving Guillotine Soul charges.

For example, let's say Wolverine starts the fight with 60% health and over the course of the fight, he regens back to 100%. You won't get your first soul charge until you get him down to 54% health (initial health minus 6%). Since Wolverine didn't start the fight with the highest 40% of his health, Guillotine cannot harvest any soul charges until she gets beyond that point.

It's always best to start the fight with Wolverine at full health if you're using Guillotine. The Morningstar synergy helps a lot. This fight becomes very easy if you have a duped Void at 3* or higher. Good luck.
