Weekly tear 4&5 event

I'd like to suggest a weekly solo or alliance event that awards teir 4&5 catalysts. It's a general consensus in my alliance that we all have the same problem. I'm sure it would be much of the same its much the same in others. The proving grounds help, but there's not enough catalysts fragments awarded to effectively form new ones quick enough to effectively rank up champions. I believe that everyone would benefit from a new weekly event awarding tear 4&5 catalysts. This is my suggestion for the better of all summoners. As far as everything else, the game seem's pretty well balanced, and your doing a good job with it
