Venom the Duck consuming Dexterity Precision buff

I noticed whenener I have a Dex. Precision buff and the Mutation Fury, both get consumed and add to his gene pool, I then start the next fight with 2 furies. I tested this with the regen buff and the Dex. Precision buff doesn't get consumed.
