    I did RoL just today and I had used X23 for almost the entire run(except for Wolverine)
    For Wolfie I'd suggest you to use Guilly but if you have even a 3* awakened void then use void, he'll be much easier to control and use to reverse heal as compared to Guilly
    For BlackBolt, just bait his sp2 as he losses 5% health each time he usses a sp2 attack

    I think I can Easily do everything other than Wolvie, For that I will use My Guillotine but this is worth mentioning I have petrify(when your champions inflict stun, they also reduce opponent Power gain And Regeneration abilities by 30%) maxed out. So if that Would help any with Void Against Wolvie or can I just Parry and Bleed with Blade? Wolvie won't get Any Regeneration of he just bleeds. Lol.

    You can, theoretically, but it would be hell of a long fight..I suggest you wait till your void is duped. ROL is just potion factory, the rewards aren't anything too great.
