Champ with evade + dexterity

I was playing with my sparky and whenever I did dexterity it counted as an evade too. Is this the same with all evade champs?
Where a dexterity also pops up as an evade

    Happens with Miles too. He can trigger evade even though you used Dexterity to avoid the hit.
