Missing Ultimate Romance Crystal

in Bugs and Known Issues
Hello..I had finished Love is a Battlerealm 3 normal & heroic difficulties and received 2 Ultimate Romance crystals..I didn't open them immediately and saved it to open later..after about a week I wanted to open them but they're gone..I closed and restarted the game but still nothing..however the legendary romance crystal from epic difficulty was still available and I got a 4* domino from it..please help me get back those 2 missing crystals..thanks.

    Game Mode: Ultimate Romance Crystal

    Description of the Issue: Ultimate Romance Crystal from Normal & Heroic Completion is missing.
