Deconstructing tier 4 catalyst

I have not seen this mentioned but forgive me if it has been. I was thinking... Since you can sell 30 or so Tier 3 catalyst for fragments to form a tier 4 of the same color. Why not give us the ability to deconstruct or break down our tier 4 catalyst for tier 3? I dont even need 30 tier 3’s in exchange for my tier 4. I’d be happy with 5. You see... Us end gamers still like to rank 3&4 stars. That mind numbing, boring, unrewarding T3 and T2 quest that doesn’t drop anything isn’t helping us with that. We have more T4 catalyst than we can use so instead of trading 3 greens for 1 of another color why not allow us to chop them up for something we can use. Food for thought. Caio.
