Kabam support,
As per from your previous email I am still in dark about my banning reason. I am an active summoner as well as I have invested tons money to build this account. It will be very INJUSTICE if don't get the proper reason for my banned.
As per your concerns I have not used any cheats , third party software, neither I shared my account details with any after June 2016. I have been banned in during June 2016 for 90 days for using mod but I was ignorant on that time and I learned from my mistake. After that I never did such a thing which can make my account vulnerable.
I use 2 devices 1 is android and 1 is iPad. Both has legitimate MCOC application and I switch this accounts in between them because android devices never gives 100% smooth performance like Apple. If you considering that as illegitimate then my question what if I change my device and buy a new one ? Will that count that as illegitimate?
So please reconsider my situation and check my history after I got back my account from banning and give me a justice. I have spend money and valuable times behind this game. So please consider this.
