In need of a lot of iso, i already 100% act 4, i was exploring act 5 but have t2 alphas expiring in 2 days so i need to rank up my capiw

Does act 4 have more iso or act 5?

    It's around the same amount for both, but act 4 costs less energy so act 4 would give more
