Mastery point recovery

So I recovered my offensive mastery, this is the first time I used my recovery point and did not know I would have to re-unlock with cores and units. Any suggestions guys lol. I really cannot afford to buy back my 2 years worth of mastery.

since when does it clear off what you have unlocked?

i haven't redone my masteries in the last couple of months but if thats the case then thats terrible
