We have 4 sunday each month. How about this...?
1st sunday all class catalyst quest (challenge introduced by The grand master)
2nd sunday heal quest (challenge introdued by deadpool)
3rd sunday iso realm (challenge introduced by The collector)
4th sunday gold realm (challenge introduced by all father odin)

I don't care for the 3rd Sunday. I would rather see a quest for class cores than ISO. Or even for alpha catalyst frags.

The rewards would have to be much smaller than the Gold Realm that we've come to know and love that pops up every once in awhile.

I'd like a better arena on Sundays instead. It is really the only day of the week that I have the time to reach high enough scores to get the good rewards and the rewards just aren't worth the effort in the current one.
