War enlistment problem

I enlisted my alliance in War, but when the matchmaking started it says we are not enlisted. There must have been some glitch, because today I remember making a point to enlist and double check it. I sent in a ticket, but got a reply that was very unhelpful. is there anything that can be done? Missing wars really hurts with season rewards being so important. Also, is there any possibility of getting an auto-enlistment feature to prevent these kinds of occurrences?

Our alliance had the same issue. Enlisted right after the last war ended. When placement began, we were showing not enlisted. Got the same u helpful ticket response.
