Game keeps crashing

For the past 2 days every single time log on the game is crashing. Doesn't matter if I'm doing regular quest, event quest or Arena. The game will just crash. I've also been having a problem that when my signal drops the games just sits and keeps saying loading. Then nothing happens and I'm having to log off and back on. I've tried sending a email or even do a crash report. But the link for that isn't working either. Here is the information for my phone.
