Continuous Crit Fail bug

Abilities that require a hold against Domino and fail, cause damage and continue to cause the same damage. Tested with holding block with Nebula, she failed to gain her charge (unlikely but whatever), I get hit with crit fail damage and I continue to get the same damage while holding block although the timers for both crit fail and shock charges continue to refresh.

So hold block- *fails* 264 damage per tic- keep holding and every time Nebula’s timer refreshes it fails and you get hit for the same damage the 10th time as the 1st time when it should be significantly less.
