Uncollected Help and Suggestions for Ranking

I have been playing casually for a couple of years, never fully realizing just how involved the game was, I had only really used it to pass the time when I was bored. I have slowly developed a love for the game and just now realizing how ignorant I am on the game (but doing my best to learn - watching lots of videos @Prof_Hoff @SeatinManOfLegends ). My sole focus at the moment is to become Uncollected. I recently completed Act 4, but I am concerned whether my roster is strong enough to move forward. I would love any time saving tips and suggestions for who to rank next.
My current roster includes:
4* awakened Medusa Max'd
4* awakened Magik Max'd
4* awakened Mordo Max'd
4* awakened Wolverine Max'd
4* awakened Cap (IW) r4
5* unawakened Killmonger r3
I currently have enough to rank up one champion now, I am thinking it should be one of the following:
5* awakened Hawkeye to r3
4* awakened Cap (IW) to r5
4* unawakened Stark Spidey to r4
4* unawakened Quake to r5
or should I wait for one more Tier 4 Skill Catalyst (this could potentially take some time)
5* unawakened Killmonger to r4
