Mock war requests between alliances for fun!

My suggestion is this , it would be seriously fun to be able to challenge specific alliances to a war . I have an old alliance I would love to challenge for pure sport. Old friends that say their alliance is better but we would be able to choose to accept or not . Same nodes, same setup times and maybe even be able to bid alliance resources to up the competition. I would love this to take place !
