Who should I rank up next?

So I've got enough t4 catalysts to take a third 4* champion to 5/50. But I'm also almost full on t2a, with around 8.5 catalysts. So I'm thinking that maybe I should take a 5* champion up to 4/55. It'd be my first, though, and my only really decent choice is Angela. So who should I take up first?
(note that I probably won't have enough stuff to take a champ to 4/55 until after I open my next 5* basic. So I'll reconsider if it's a really good pull... please Kabam give me a good 5* tech champion... I have t3 tech going into overflow...)
