Its been a week and still I can't get any answers besides a survey on how we did ...my game is very laggy and slow I can't even play...I have never had this problem until I started getting those stupid messages on the loading screen ...I've wasted a lot of units because of this I've sent ticket after ticket I've installed the game and reinstall but still it does it every time these loading screens come on it takes two to three minutes to load from before it would only take a few seconds I cannot get no answers and after use so many units because of the lag it creates also there's a little spinning circle thing in the top left corner that never goes away I don't know what to do the game is unplayable for me can I please get some kind of answer some kind of help
