Corvus glave damage not scaling past 2 charges

I ranked up my 4* corvus after getting him, when I used the 3* version a few months back his damage output was insane especially with 4 charges, however I have played the 4* version in every quest I can think of to try and get his damage to work however he is hitting the same amount of damage with 2, 3 or 4 charges am I missing something here? Also true strike isn't working either I have proxima synergy I had 4 charges and I hit the same as if I had 2 what's going on can kabam look into this please I'm using ios 12.1 ipad Pro I'm really disappointed atm I do hope this is a bug
