Expected Vulture featured 3 star cut off

I don't normally go for featured 3 star (normally stick to 4 star basic) but I wanted to see how easy (or hard) it is. What is his expected cut-off? What do most champs have as a cut-off? I'm on about 1million 300 thousand points, probably going to reach 1.7 mill by the end of the arena. Thanks

His first round cutoff was under 1.3.
But doing 1.5 for new champs is always safe no one has gone higher than that
