Unstoppable Colossus buff not timing out

So heres a new one.
I just took my Nightcrawler against the UC in the Master Spidey quest - the Stark assignment one where there are two paths and one begins with UC the other begins with HB.
So I waited for UCs unstoppable timer to run out while he was trying to perform a combo, and as soon as it ran out of go into hit him with NC but he was still unstoppable, his attacks still went over the top of mine.
This happened twice in the one fight.
