Should T1A be returned to all map crystals?

Alright this is getting insane now. At least 80% of people i know are struggling with tier 1 alphas since they were removed from certain map crystals. No one even thought this might happen but end game players like me rank and level up a lot of champs and a lot of them are max rank. Sometimes you need 5-6 just for 1 rank.…
