How good is VtD unawakened?

Of course I used both my cosmic ags last week (on hype and carnage) and today I pulled VtD. How much does he rely on his sig to be a beast?

    He doesn’t really need his sig. it’s helpful for speeding up his bank but not much. I’ve got vtd 5* r5 sig 100 and it only adds a little bit more to him.

    I currently have him as an unawakened 4* sitting at r4, and I think he's incredible. You just have to make sure you bank the right buffs on the first fight or two. Once I got stuck with 8 armor & 2 power gain, another time I had 7 fury & 3 regen.

    Ya he is solid unawakened just takes more time and patience and hard to stack toxic armor. Still very effective just need more patience building the bank and his max damage output is lower(still very good).
