Big Decision, need help

I just completed Act 5 100% and now have 4 t5b and 11 t2a. I could take my duped sig 125 Blade to R5(have rank 3 duped GR) and could look to take another to rank 5 after I get 1 more t2a....or I could rank 2 my 6 star Cap and then take my SS to rank 4. I love my Blade to regeneration and questing, but I love playing Cap more and I know 6 stars are the future. This will be my first rank 5 or rank 2. Please help!
