Mr Sinister concussive blast.

I don't know much about Mr Sinister, but from what I gather his concussive blast is a form of telekinetic energy blast. If that is the case wouldn't guys like Magneto and Juggernaut be immune to getting concussion? It's not that hard to evade but even if you're not hit, you get concussion. Just curious is all, for you die hard head bitters, please chew softly.
