Nick Fury's eyepatch

Uncertain if this issue has been adressed allready, but Nick Fury's eyepatch seems to switch places. In the MCU and on his hero pic, he wears the patch over the left eye. However, during pre-battle scene and during the fight, he wears it on the right side.
