Omega Red and King Groot

I have 2 issues with 2 different champions. First is Omega Red and his Death Factor. It isn't doing damage at the right pace. Opponents don't seem to take as much damage as they're supposed to.
Second is King Groot and his Heavy Attack. He becomes Unstoppable while charging his Heavy Attack. It is impossible to interrupt. This is Not Stated on His Profile Sheet.
