Star-Lord crashing the game

I'm trying to do one path in LoL, but this problem is killing my items for no reason at all.
I revive, I enter the battle and ... game crashes. I lose all of my HP for no reason.
I don't have courage to revive or to use potions due to this problem. This is making me to use more items than I would need
