AQ points mysteriously not being awarded

Just won an AQ fight this evening, yet when the 'victory' and score came up literally no points had been awarded...like 0! This is the first time this has happened to me, but I've heard/seen it happen to others. Why is this happening? And why, despite the fact Kabam must be aware of this issue, has nothing been done to address it? I want my missing points awarded as not having them will obviously effect my alliance's overall AQ score. Screenshot attached.

    Hey there, sorry to hear about this. In this case, our Support Team would be the best equipped to look into things for you. You can reach them from the game's home screen by clicking the gear-shaped icon in the top-left corner of the screen and then scrolling down to the button labeled "Support". They can also be reached here.
