Dear Kabam, 4* fix for the community

Dear Kabam,
I know your stance on rank down tickets, but hear me out. I believe a nice compromise would be to allow summoners to rank down their LAST 4* rank 5. Allow a week window to mull it over.
I think any generic rank down ticket would be used for a champ that was ranked quite a while ago. As I would rank down Karnak. But allow us to rank down the very last champ, I would rank down Magik so I could rank 3 my 5* Magik.
Had there been any proper warning, I would not have used those resources on a 4*. I would have waited. But something should be down to quell this situation. Please help your player base out here. Please

You can still use 4* champs in other content but nice try. Also making posts about rank down tickets is against forum ToS.

Fact that he can use his 4stars in other content is not relevant, because he might have ranked 4star specificaly with intention to use it in act6, and no, making posts about rank down tickets is not against forum rules.

Kabam will rule that his ranking up of Magik 4 solely for Act 6 is irrelevant, as it is. Could Magik have a few uses in Act 6? Sure. But you should always wait to advance champions 'solely' for a piece of permanent content until you can preview the content and make an actual plan.

@DiablosUltimate would you like to take back what you said now or later? The fact he CAN use 4*'s in other content is 100% relevant. He ranked that magik quite awhile ago. Magik hasn't been changed and is still useful. He got a 5* version and doesnt want to earn the resources like a normal person. It's a clever ploy in blaming act 6 for something he'd rather do instead. There's no way he leveled her up for act 6 and even says it. He doesn't have the resources for his 5* and that's really what it boils down too.

@Demonzfyre If you are interpreting "However, we appreciate the feedback and carefully consider any situation in which they are requested" as "making posts about rank down tickets is against forum ToS", then I will "take that back" rather later than now, perhaphs after you point me to the exact sentence in that post you shared that would imply that, because maybe I am missing something.

About op's magik, he definietly didn't level her up specificaly for act6, but he definiety was convinced that he will be able to use her in most of future content, act6 included, and if he knew he won't be able to, there is very good chance that he would plan ahead and wouldn't rank her up.

First sentence... "We have no plans to bring back" means stop asking. They close every RDT post and they arent bringing RDTs back. They put this in the FAQs so people understand they aren't coming back. OP can use 4* magik in future content still.

As shown above, in a screenshot, we address this in our Forum FAQs and have also addressed this several different times. At this moment, we do not have plans to bring back RDTs.
